Oceanview Terrace, which is the newest dining hall on campus, is located in Thurgood Marshall College. OVT, short for Oceanview Terrace, serves a lot of special options that can't be found in other dining halls. OVT is divided into five sections: Spice, pizza, salad, slice pizzeria, and dessert/bagel station. My favorite station is the main pizza station that serves customizable pizza with fresh dough and toppings! I believe that this is the best pizza you can find on campus, especially because you can choose the toppings. The bagel/dessert station is also very popular because they serve fresh smoothies, acai bowls, salmon bagel sandwiches, irregularly large chocolate chip cookies, and gelato! I also really like this station because none of the menus in this station can be found elsewhere. The only station that changes menus is the Spice station, which serves rice, chicken, tofu, and other dishes flavored with different spices! I don't get a full meal at this station because it can get a bit too expensive, so I reserve to getting one side from this station and then order something else. OVT also has a good study spot downstairs called "Angela's Space". It is spacious and quiet, but it's also a bit dark. Time seems so stop when you're studying there!
My favorite OVT dish: Pizza with half pesto/half Siracha tomato sauce, pineapple, mushrooms, onions, and chicken.
