The Bistro is another restaurant-style dining hall on campus and is quite popular! This dining hall serves sushi, ramen, steak, pork buns, tempura, and specialty drinks on weekdays and serves brunch options such as french toast and eggs benedict on Sundays! This dining hall usually gets busy during dinnertime and tends to get packed on holiday weekends. Therefore, I always make an online reservation when I plan to eat here with my friends. Every customer is served a complimentary asian-style fried chips with two dipping sauces. Though most people just eat the chips, I like to eat the seaweed that comes with it as well. Also, the sushi served in this dining hall isn't comparable to the sushi served in the other dining halls. Though it isn't the best sushi in town, it will be the best sushi you will find on campus. I mostly come here for sushi or brunch. Additionally, The Bistro has pretty good dessert options, but they tend to be a bit overpriced. Instead, I would recommend you to go to the market next door to get some dessert!
